How To

  1. Let it rest about 30 min. Should be able to carve with hands and not knife.
  2. Cut the leg/thigh off (2x). Cut the thigh bone out. Slice the thigh meat. Serve the drumstick intact.
  3. Cut the wing, not drumstick, off (2x). Serve as is.
  4. Cut the breast meat off (2x). Slice against the grain.
  5. Cut the drumsticks off.
