How To
- Let it rest about 30 min. Should be able to carve with hands and not
knife.
- Cut the leg/thigh off (2x). Cut the thigh bone out. Slice the thigh
meat. Serve the drumstick intact.
- Cut the wing, not drumstick, off (2x). Serve as is.
- Cut the breast meat off (2x). Slice against the grain.
- Cut the drumsticks off.
