Problem (What)
A problem is a gap between the present state (conditions as they exist in the present) and the goal state (the best conditions that can exist in the future for the given context.)
Examples:
Present State: Car is not running. Goal State: Car is fixed.
Present State: Don’t know Statistics. Not motivated to learn it.
Goal State: Competent with Statistics. Enjoy the subject.
