Flow State (What)
The flow state is the best set of internal conditions for a person in the context of right now, aka the present moment.
Example: Right now, I feel energized, happy, and productive. I am taking actions to make my dream come true. I feel calm and focused.
Internal conditions refer to what is inside you in terms of affect (feelings and emotions), thoughts, and physical sensations.
Notes.
State refers to the set of conditions. The Present State refers to the set of conditions that exist right now for an Actor.
The best set of conditions is determined by the Actors. Some examples of items that might be in this set are:
- I feel happy.
- I am following my values.
- I feel super motivated.
- I am taking actions right now.
- I am calm and focused.
- My actions align with my dreams.
